What’s in our kitchen, and what to know before you order.
Our croissant donuts are fried in beef tallow, a traditional animal fat rather than a plant oil. This means they are not vegetarian, not vegan, and not suitable for anyone avoiding beef, including for religious reasons. We mention this up front because most people would not expect it.
Our kitchen prepares and handles the following allergens:
Everything we make is prepared in a shared kitchen using shared equipment, surfaces, and fryers. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from contact with any allergen, even if that ingredient is not listed in the product description.
If you have a severe allergy, please take this seriously and talk to us before ordering. We would rather talk it through than have you take a risk.
Individual products contain different ingredients, and recipes change as our menu rotates, especially on limited drops and seasonal flavors. If you want to know exactly what is in a specific item, ask us in store or reach out before ordering and we will tell you what we can.
To be confirmed. We will list any vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options here as our menu is finalized. Please note that our croissant donuts, fried in beef tallow, are not vegetarian.
